Are you a Tiger, Camel, or a Cat on your project team? Diversity is a critical component of every project, particularly as a new team comes together and learns to co-exist prior to performing. Just what happens when a new project is conceived and the team is selected, initiated, and members don’t get along? There’s a natural flow that every newly formed group, including a project team, moves through before it actually begins to perform.
This luncheon presentation ties the underlying concepts of the group dynamics model to some important lessons gleaned from the natural world of animals as a framework for successful team achievement. Don’t miss this informative yet entertaining session.
